Immediately after application, the lower jaw is sculpted and tightened. By connecting the threads with the actual connective tissue, the resulting effect is stabilised. At the same time, the application of the threads helps to create a collagen skeleton in the surrounding area and further support the procedure.

Fillers

Volumetric fillers with heavily cross-linked hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite are used to lift and firm the chin, as well as to sculpt the posterior angle of the lower jaw. The filler is used to slightly lift or lengthen the chin, even out the dips on the sides of the chin and correct the angle of the lower jaw. At the same time, the elasticity of the skin is increased due to their strong moisturizing effect. The procedure is performed with a cannula or needle deeper in the subcutaneous tissue.
